EXERCISE

Convert the following into Indirect Speech:

1.              They say to us, "We love our country".

2.              We say to her, "You know him".

3.              She will say, "I have a lot of work to do".

4.              I said to him, "You will play hockey tomorrow".

5.              She said, "I have not seen him today".

6.              She said to me, "Fever produces thirst".

7.              Asad will say, "I am writing a letter to my father now".

8.              Ali said, "I have been working here".

9.              The teacher said, "The sun rises in the east".

10.       The Headmaster said, "I am pleased to see you here today".

11.       She says to me, "I love my son".

12.       He said to me, I like this book".

13.       He will say, "I am busy".

14.       I said to him, "I have done my work".

15.       He said to me, "I came here yesterday".

16.       The teacher said, "God is everywhere".

17.       Ali said to me, "I did my duty honestly".

18.       He said, "He will live here".

19.       You said, "We went to school yesterday".

20.       My father said, "I will have a cup of tea because I am not hungry".
